I thought it had to do with party colors. How am I supposed to remember which color each one is? I can barely remember which is the donkey and which is the elephant.
um... as a canadian i think of it this way.. blue is the outside line and red is the middle. blue is next to the oceans and red is the middle. :) blue are the goodguys and red are the bad guys :)

Don't know that one. But I know the State of Confusion well. And the State of Depression...
