Dear CubeMate
Your cell phone should not ring at work unless a) it's a very laid back work atmosphere, b) it's an emergency, c) your ring is discreet and does not bother others around you.
At NO time should your phone ring with "You have an incoming call. You have an incoming call." If this should happen, I fully expect a) you to lunge to silence your phone, b) your child to have fallen off of a roof, c) it to never happen again.
The fact that this happens three times a week (on average) is despicable and makes me hate you even more.

If I hear the officemate's cell phone ring only three times a day, that is a slow day for her. Her ring tone sounds like she left her car door open.
My boss (shared office wall with door between that was always open) had annoying disco music that would play. The way it would work would be the regular office phone would ring, then about 3 beats later when she didn't pick up, the cell phone would ring. Always bugged the shit out of me.
People should not have the kind of phone ring that chirps when there is a message waiting. That always drove me to distraction. Or murder... whichever.
