Stupid New Client
If you haven't contacted me with any information about your project...and if you haven't even identified yourself to me...then why would you email me asking for an update on your project???

Oooh! That happens all the time here. I constantly get emails from professors wanting to know if their textbook is in the store for the course they are teaching and they've never even submitted their order. Generally they contact us about three weeks into the semester. They also neglect to tell us WHICH course they are inquiring about, WHICH textbook they are inquiring about and WHO they are.
It's wonderful. Then they demand to know why the book isn't here.
